Job description

We are looking for a motivated AI Software Developer who will drive software development using AI-native IDEs instead of traditional manual coding.

This position is quite unique for us as you´ll have a chance to shape our company´s technical direction along with our CTO Adam. The goal is AI Driven Software Development, which we are already quite involved into.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You would be focusing exclusively on AI and embraces an “AI-first” mindset

  • Work almost exclusively in AI-native IDEs to maximize AI-driven software development.

  • Translate business goals into precise, actionable AI prompts and requirements.

  • Work in continuous collaboration with the Riwers Core Tech Team

  • Develops on the Riwers System while working on customer projects

  • Work with cutting-edge AI tools before they hit the mainstream.

  • Freedom to experiment, prototype, and influence the company’s AI direction.

Personality requirements

ABOUT YOU

Of course you are an amazing, honest and fun-to-work-with person. On-top of that you should bring those skills along:

  • You have 5+ years of professional experiences in JavaScript/TypeScript development (Nest.js is a big plus).

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows

  • Passion for the AI-driven software development

  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

  • You feel good in an agile environment, have a teamwork mindset and ready to learn something new.

  • You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
