We are looking for a motivated and experienced AI Application Engineer. You will be part of a growing software company and participate on our customer projects but also work on internal projects to develop our company further. :)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building an AI-driven industrial analytics solution that helps a major automotive manufacturer understand and improve product quality across its production lines.

enable data-backed decisions for continuous quality improvement
Develop ML models for defect prediction, pattern recognition, and rework recommendations
Perform complex feature engineering for sensor and time-series data
Define metrics, thresholds, and evaluation rules

Personality requirements
ABOUT YOU:
3+ years experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.)
Experience with industrial, sensor, or time-series datasets
Understanding of production or manufacturing data flows (Automotive is a plus)
Ability to design small tools or apps (Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit or similar)
Experience building dashboards or analytical UIs
Comfortable working with incomplete information and shaping solutions iteratively
