Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visualfabriq TPM Consultant, Europe-based and fully remote. You will be part of a growing Swiss software company and help leading FMCG brands get the most out of their trade promotion management, not just implement a tool. :)

HIGHLIGHTS

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Gather business requirements with sales, finance and revenue management teams and turn them into functional specifications and user stories

  • Configure Visualfabriq according to the agreed design and support data integration with customer systems

  • Support customer workshops, UAT and hypercare after go-live

  • Investigate and resolve functional issues, and escalate design decisions to the Functional Lead

  • Communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams as this role is as much about people as it is about technology

Personality requirements

ABOUT YOU:

  • Hands-on experience with Visualfabriq or a comparable TPM / RGM platform (e.g. SAP Promotion Management, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Exceedra, o9)

  • Strong knowledge of TPM, TPO and RGM processes in the FMCG / CPG industry

  • Experience gathering customer requirements and configuring solutions

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

  • English fluent (essential for international client work)

  • Turkish or Spanish is a strong plus

  • Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
