Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visualfabriq Project Manager, Europe-based and fully remote. You will be part of a growing Swiss software company and lead trade promotion management implementations for leading FMCG brands, from kick-off to go-live and beyond. :)

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Be part of a newly forming Visualfabriq team supporting implementations for some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands

  • Work in an international setup with global IT services partners and customers across Europe, the US and APAC

  • Work closely with our senior TPM consultants and co-founders

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead Visualfabriq implementation projects end-to-end, from planning and design through testing, go-live and hypercare

  • Manage scope, timeline, budget and risks, and keep all stakeholders aligned

  • Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams and customer stakeholders across countries

  • Run steering meetings and report progress to customer management

  • Communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Personality requirements

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven project management experience in software implementations, ideally in the FMCG / CPG industry

  • Experience with Visualfabriq or a comparable TPM / RGM platform is a strong plus

  • Good understanding of trade promotion management and revenue growth management processes

  • Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methods

  • English fluent (essential for international client work)

  • Spanish or Turkish is a plus

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to keep complex projects on track
